Because all items listed on The Krafty Pair website are handcrafted, there may be slight variations between what you see online and what you receive in your order. Since many of our items are one-of-a-kind and limited in quantity, we cannot guarantee availability.

Methods of Payment: We provide secure payment processing via PayPal. The Krafty Pair accepts the following types of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Custom Orders: If there is a product you like that is not available or you would like to modify the color scheme to matcha specific outfit, email us at info@kraftypair.com and we'll be happy to work with you to create the perfect look.

Return and Exchanges: We want you to be 100% happy with your Krafty Pair purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 15 days of purchase at info@kraftypair.com. At that time we will arrange an exchange for another Krafty Pair item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Merchandise that is returned must be unused, in original condition, and shipped in a sturdy box with packaging slip included. We will not accept responsibility for items damaged during return shipping. Once the returned item is received we will email you with verification and approval to shop for an exchange. Custom orders are not refundable or returnable.

Shipping: We know you are excited to receive your purchase, so we make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please also allow 4 to 8 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery of your package via USPS Priority Mail. Custom orders will require a longer lead time for shipping.

*Pick-up for local orders can be arranged via email (info@kraftypair.com); shipping will be reimbursed.

Rush Delivery: The Krafty Pair will rush deliver in-stock items for an additional charge over our regular shipping charges (shown above). Please email us at info@kraftypair.com to be sure that your item(s) is available for a rush delivery and for the additional rush shipping charges. Be sure to include your mailing address. *Note we may require additional time for the preparation of your order.

Sales Tax: The Krafty Pair charges sales tax on items shipped within the state of Connecticut.

Packaging / Gift Wrap: Each item you received will be beautifully packaged and ready to give as a gift either to yourself or a special someone.

The Krafty Pair Privacy Policy: All the information collected from your orders or inquiries will be used for our own marketing purposes only. We will not share, sell or distribute your information to any third party. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list or email list, please email us at info@kraftypair.com and we will promptly remove you from our distribution list.
